Canes in Six
Kathryn and I visited a favorite local dive bar to watch game six of the Stanley Cup Finals between the Vegas Golden Knights and our very own Carolina Hurricanes. We stayed for two periods and witnessed two beautiful goals. Upon waking up the next day, we saw that the cup had been won by our Canes in a 3-0 shutout. Let’s go, Canes! It’s been a long while since I had a local team worth rooting for.
